6″x9″ Bag of Fresh Eastern White Pine Needles, harvested fresh from Maine, the Pine Tree State! Bright green color and fresh pine scent. The Eastern Pine Tree (Pinus Strobus) is native to the Eastern United States. The whole tree has been used for generations for everything from it’s wood to it’s sap, from pine needles to pine cones. Fresh needles are full of vitamin C and are excellent for use in soaps, teas, tinctures, primitive art, insence, holiday decorating, crafts and more.*Please remember to remove them from their shipping container upon receipt. Additionally, if package is left in a mailbox or outside during warm weather, fresh pine needles may “cook” inside the packaging. They are best stored at room temperature to freezing.
